By opening all the doors & windoze, I've managed to reduce the temperature in here to a mere 24.1 deg C.

    Phew wot a scorcher.

Bought some pork shoulder and belly pork yesterday ready to have a bash at making my own at home. Thinking I'll do half plain pork and half Lincolnshire.

Casings arrived in the post yesterday as well. Soaked overnight so should be ready to use later.

When I get Masie she will be cosseted in the garage with a Calor heater keeping her warm and cozy. I may get a cheap 4x4 for when the weather is bad.

You know that make them rust quicker?

                      Dehumidifier would help too.
