Sitting here at clientco trying to remember what it was i was so busy with 2 weeks ago, before they told me to feck off for a fortnight.

Just noticed the christmas decorations have gone. That's a bonus cos the tree was installed just behind my desk, right around the corner from the passage to the kitchen/stairs/bogs etc so I kept nearly walking into it on my way back from the kitchen/stairs/bogs etc.

Discovered last night that I've double-booked 2 interviews tomorrow, 1 in Leeds and 1 in London.

I'm going to cancel the London one, since I already have an interview in London on Wednesday (backup in case the Leeds interview doesn't work out).

I remember xoggy saying his style icon was Albert Steptoe. Not sure ms#4 would know who he is.

In an age when people pay for clothes such as jeans that have holes in from "new", Steptoe really is a style icon.

I wear better jeans when I'm servicing the car.
