Well I found out why my wifi dongle isn't working with my Hummy.
The Hummy only works with one type of chipset. Version 1 of the wifi adaptor did have the chipset; reviews are excellent.
The seller is now selling the upgraded and better version 2. With a changed chipset.
This nugget might be boring but it's what's stopped everything from working. So now I have to pack it all up and return for a refund.
Was there ever a time when you bought stuff and it just worked?"I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Just wait until you have to regenerate diLithium crystals.
You can't just pack those up & ask for a refund.Comment
