Well there we are.
Lamb was lovely. Yum.
Rice pud was a tad under cooked but very nice.
Cat came in, got dried off, paraded around, had some munchies & buggered off again.Comment

Question for those wot can cook-
Thinking I might attempt:
BBC - Food - Recipes : Deep-fried Brie with tamarillo relish
(not the relish - I'd serve with cranberry jelly)
Is it as easy as it sounds?
We won't be having Christmas dinner until the evening as ms#4 is working till 6. So I was thinking that rather than stuff ourselves stupid late in the day, we could have our starter and pudding at lunchtime, and turkey in the evening.Comment

Just get yourself a thermometer so you can make sure that the oil is up to temp properly otherwise you will have greasy cheese.Comment

Tried twice cooked chips.
Need to rethink what type of spuds to use in the future, these ones weren't that great.
And don't bother telling me to use maris piper or desiree or king edwards as we don't bleedin' well have them here.Comment
