I'm having a non cooking day.
It was Morrisons pene pasta thingie for lunch & it half a morrisons pizza for tea.

Got a minimal amount of laundry done (just enough that I can put the rest off till Monday) and started the process of preparing to make dinner.
Tonight, I go to the pub! So I'm going to try to get dinner ready a bit earlier than 9pm

Well there's the half a pizza consumed.
It was a spicy chicken pizza.
I added some low fat cheese to make sure it had enough calories.
Since the oven is still warm, I'm "cooking" a steak & kidney pie.
