Pretty sure it was about £8 when we first started going in 2011

Been going there since '99, and according to time out the pie tasting plate was £17 back then.

I only ever went there when there was summat organised, as it's not somewhere you go with a mate for a drink, more of a gathering type pub.

Well I had a couple of mates turn up with a selection of wines for me to taste.

What was more embarrassing was, it was at his cafe, since they thought "they would find me here anyway".

Shame we had 3 corked bottles and only one decent one to drink.
