It was best before 1998, so written (presumably) for Win98 & NT 4.

It always had problems with Win2k onwards, so it's probly just as well.

I was roundly put in my place by the Dean when I suggested we might contemplate moving from V2.4.1 to V6 (which was considerably later, though current version number is 14 or so).

Apparently that was for people on a higher paygrade to decide.
