Right, deep breath, it's time for a trip to sainsbury's. Pasta and spaghetti hoops is not an acceptable dinner. It's been put off all week and the store cupboard has taken a hammering so i'm in old mother hubbard territory now.

Trying to summon up the motivation to go shopping. I think it's probably worth leaving until later, though - there's a high risk of encountering normals preparing for Christmas at this time

As an aside, i've been for a short run over holme moss this morning - first snow of the winter on my boots, the ice on the peat bogs not quite thick enough to hold my weight so plenty of opportunity to 'rinse out' my shoes - and the result was not a hint of coldness in the foot department. Mind you, it was too windy to hang about on the summit!
Might be worth playing with the placement of your cleats on the shoes. If they ant right you end up putting pressure on the wrong bits of the foot and that can restrict circulation to the toes.

Mr N is putting together a b'day mix playlist for me for the upcoming event.

Ok, there's a downside to Mr N not drinking atm, bottle of wine gets opened I end up drinking it all.

Hmmm, need to see if I can get decent half bottles from somewhere.
