      Got up put the steak on in the sous vide.

      Headed into town for a Sunday market and managed to get some tortilla flour, so will probably test drive me tortilla press at some point.

      And lunatic that I am I fired up the egg in a thunderstorm and cooked the cote de boeuf.

      Very nice it was too, the sous vide makes all the difference.

              Is there a post here where most contractors live and where most contractor jobs are? I live in Ealing and I think I should move closer to the city when my rental agreement expires in April.
