Ooooh! Badgers, I used to like those they had them on tap at the Ship and Shovell where the CUK drink used to be. -
Got up put the steak on in the sous vide.
Headed into town for a Sunday market and managed to get some tortilla flour, so will probably test drive me tortilla press at some point.
And lunatic that I am I fired up the egg in a thunderstorm and cooked the cote de boeuf.
Very nice it was too, the sous vide makes all the difference.Comment
