      Do you have American ancestry. If you're not sure, did you cut the meat with the knife in your right hand but then put it down and pick up your fork with your right hand to eat it?

        Bread crumbed chicken with puréed sprouts here this evening.

        Was annoyed when I realised the crème fraiche I used in the purée was some half fat nonsense. They don't really distinguish the packaging here. I had to add more butter instead.

          May cook the duck tomorrow, better remember to bring up some wine from the cellar early in the day, otherwise it will still be cold. Not keen on chilled red wine.
