I had a crisp sarnie followed by a curly wurly.

Just had left over curry from last night.

I went for lunch here with a mate and had their awesome club sarnie, we then went here for coffee and cake.

I also managed to buy two more cookbooks, one was Pitt cue BBQ book, but in Cloggy, I did have it on my amazon wish list, but bought this one more for the fact it had the cuts of meat in Dutch which are completely different from the UK.
The other was what's in season on a monthly basis in Cloggers, which is pretty useful.

Cycled into town today, started off chilly, was knackered by the time I got in. Am soooooo unfit.

Update on Mr N, he's going to see a specialist and the earliest they can fit him in is in two weeks! .

Not sure if he can put up with the pain for that long, may have to ring them again and see if we can push the appointment forward at all.

What did you think of the Jampot ( aka Jamaica Inn)? you should also pop into Simpsons on Cornhill, it you want a taste of old school chop house that hasn't changed since it opened in 1757

It was like creeping around London during Jack The Ripper times - never realised all those nooks and crannies existed - I was using my Galaxy to map my way around to Bank tube and went through a Google mapped grey tunnel. If there was a fog machine it would have made it really authentic!

We just had a drink in the pub top part but looked at the wine bar - really nice. Will explore more of this - thanks for link.

GF#1 particularly loves this character of London, I do too despite my hatred of the commute/too-many-people aspect of it.


Spent all day realising that the algorithms and reports were way, way, way more complicated than first quoted. Here's hoping "slight increment pretty please" won't be laughed out of the office with client #1 or I'm royally fecked...
