Just got pimpmail seeking a "Software Developer" for a one month gig (holiday cover, apparently). Roughly 90% of the requirements listed are sysadmin duties.
Still, they do put "(very important)" after PHP5
Think I might skip that one.Comment

He apologises for mailing me multiple times regarding other contracts he has had which is irrelevant because my logic is keyword = bin means that I haven't noticed the previous emails...merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

Next couple of weeks will have me updating my linkedin profile to attract some interest.
Trying to see if there are any interesting projects at clientco, but nothing that suits has come my way.
Thing is I can't start anything till November so that is going to be tricky as its the worst time of year.Comment

In other news, had our first proper roast dinner since we moved into the new house, managed to get some nice Kentish lamb ( or rather Mr N did).
Thing is the lamb leg was huge, I made leftover curry with it last night and there's still enough curry to keep me going for the next few days.Comment

Am all on me ownsome for the next few days, Mr N has b*ggered orf on a business trip, which means the NorPusses will pester me at stupid AM for brekkie.
In other news, NorPussII attempted to eat my newtons cradle rendering it useless.Comment

My pimpmail (which I can't be arsed to post in my famous Doh! thread) was from the inevitable R*ch*rd J*yce.
It was for someone with design experience of aluminium castings.Comment

Bit more painted.
Bit more filled.
Used the filler that doesn't seem to go off so I'll leave it a week & see what happens.Comment
