Is it a new trend to just list the ingredients, rather than describing the dish?

Prices look reasonable which I didn't expect. For some reason I always assumed the Nordics would be eye-wateringly expensive.

Seems to be the way in these types of restaurants. I thought it would be stupidly expensive as well. Though the cocktail bars we're planning to hit will more than make up for that.

Both of the restaurants we're going to are ex-Noma chefs, the one on Saturday is ex Noma, ex Le Bernadin, ex Fat Duck, ex Le Manoir staff.
