                Well there we are.

                The other house has been sort of vacuumed.

                I don't have enough energy to do the full spring clean at the moment, which is what it really desperately needs.

                Had some Morrisons pene pasta bake thing for tea, which was, once again, strangely lacking in flavour.

                The morrisons giant pork pie with egg is very nice though.

                    Accepted wisdom is that anywhere between 85 and 95 is probably about right for most people. Get yourself a bike computer with a cadence sensor if you want to work on it, or just count revs over 3 consecutive 30 secs periods to get a rough estimate. Easier if you have a turbo or rollers available.
