I bought it from the reduced bin in Tesco.

It was guaranteed to contain no horse.

In the PIR for the project, fancy London Town PM has just described using the Delivery Centre in Leeds as "North Shoring"

Interesting article about Paula Fudge, our very own celeb parkrunner

Commonwealth Games 2014 - the road to Glasgow - Get West London

I knew she'd been off for a bit last year and came back running very slowly (I beat her one week!) but didn't realise she'd had an aneurysm. Blimey.

Visited Rushmoor parkrun a couple of weeks ago, and we had another celeb runner - Mike Gratton, winner of the 1983 London marathon.

                      Parkrun is where it's at!
