Last time, I replied to a tweet, travelled down the next day for a meeting just before lunch, and started on the project at 2:30 the same afternoon. Maybe they're a bit more organised nowadays; or maybe they're "Man, dude is ooooold..."

Ah well, their loss. I wasn't even looking: I just saw the tweet and thought "What the hell, they paid lots last time"

Yeah, it was bearable last time. Some of the people getting off at Farringdon in the morning actually looked like normal office workers, with suits and shaves and everything. And that was just the women.

I'm waiting for some permie to finish their work so it can be reviewed and then a release done.

I'm also waiting for the builders to come back to me today about whether they will be prepared to do a deal on the down valuation

I've given them until 4pm
