At co=op I found that malt loaf was on special offer - down to 50p. 800 calories is alot for a snack - but after 9 hours of exercise I reckon I need 6500 calories today.Comment

In a subtle alteration to earlier plans, the visit to Tesco(tm) & Lidl(tm) took place, without buying a thing in Lidl.
Distinct lack of spanners.
And the spray can of waterproofing that I wanted.
Then, rather than driving to the Rhigos, I mowed 4 lawns.
Knackered now.
And in 20 mins it's off to Neath Port Talbot hospital to see ZeitPater.Comment
