Banana bread is in the oven and all the gebak is completed for tomorrow.
Went to M&S yesterday and got thick cut back bacon and some sausages (have none of my own available) Fry up for tea this evening NOM!
Am going to use the sous-vide to do the poached eggs for eggs benedict on Sunday.
Well I'm done for the day, need to set Mr N on cocktail making duties.Comment

The chronograph thingie works.
It even calibrates within 1 or 2 ms against a Tektronix oscilloscope.
Bet it won't work if I put it in a box though.
