Afternoon all.

First batch of home made bacon tested this morning. Not bad at all. Needs a bit more salt next time as it was missing a little of that bacony salt tang but still very tasty.

Well we had chorizo in port, mushrooms stuffed with gorgonzola. Some shropshire blue, friensland cheese and manchego, add some pata negra and some bolleta.

So I was a tad lazy this evening.

Nice one DaveB! How long did you leave it curing? The longer you leave it, the more salty it tastes.

Still tastes really good, just prefer it a little more salty.
