          Had a problem with the chips, have a feeling it was to do with the type we used ( whatever was available as both us have have the lurgy), also didn't use a deep fat fryer so temperature was a tad inconsistent.

          Next time, 7 weeks aged, right type of spuds, and a deep fat fryer for consistency!
