Meat will be cooked tomorrow morning, pressed in the fridge until we leave in the late afternoon. Just needs finishing in the oven on the day. Soup, purée and ice cream made today and refrigerated. Only thing that needs actually doing on the day are steamed veggies and dessert, which takes 20 mins to make and 30 to cook.

I have no room in my fridge for anything. That's the problem with renting, you have to deal with someone else's crap equipment.

Looking forward to the new house with proper sized ovens and fridges.

Well compared to Dutch ovens and fridges it will be industrial sized.
