Any breaches should be dealt with via your own procedures after a formal complaint has been made to your ltd co. After all we don't want Mr. IR35 knocking at the door do we?

Finished workshop late yesterday, so by the time I organised taxis and trains to get into London it would have been well late.

Ended up going to a pub on the thames and had a really nice steak.
