I sliced the tip off my finger using a peeler last night. I was peeling Parmesan cheese for my salad.
Cycle in was great - frost as DaveB said but fortunately dry so not too slippery.
You've just reminded me I need to get some parmesan for my truffle fest this weekend.
Rissotto milanese , liberally sprinkled with truffle, then black pepper tagliatelle ( home made of course) again liberally sprinkled with truffle, and scrambled eggs, you guessed liberally sprinkled with truffle.
