Morning all
WFH today, sat on a conference call in my dressing gown.
On the downside I have to go to Norwich for two days next week...."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment

Neighbours coming for dinner tomorrow, so doing my version of Rijstaffel, normally its Indonesian (bland, sweet NL stylee) food, little tapas size dishes. I'm mixing it up a little and doing Chinese, Keralan, Indian, Thai and Indonesian.
Will have to dumb the chilli heat down a little as cloggies don't like it too spicy.
Menu so far is:
Spiced chicken wings - keralan spice rub
Sticky chinese ribs
Aloo Gobi
Tom yam goong
Beef satay
Steamed fish balls
and some dips to accompany it as well as some aromatic rice.Comment
