Morning all

WFH today, sat on a conference call in my dressing gown.

On the downside I have to go to Norwich for two days next week....

Neighbours coming for dinner tomorrow, so doing my version of Rijstaffel, normally its Indonesian (bland, sweet NL stylee) food, little tapas size dishes. I'm mixing it up a little and doing Chinese, Keralan, Indian, Thai and Indonesian.

Will have to dumb the chilli heat down a little as cloggies don't like it too spicy.

Menu so far is:

Spiced chicken wings - keralan spice rub
Sticky chinese ribs
Aloo Gobi
Tom yam goong
Beef satay
Steamed fish balls
and some dips to accompany it as well as some aromatic rice.
