Sorry for the lack of drivel yesterday - I was really really ill. Spent almost the whole day in bed. Rather like Saturday and Sunday.
And the cycle in has nearly killed me.
I can eat almost nothing at the moment - anything with fat or sugar in causes my bowels to violently explode.
Just has unsweetened porridge - and tea with no sugar. yuk....Comment

Day two of trying to cut the coffee out. I had a couple of cups of decaf yesterday, some herbally type teas and some normal teas.
Im back at clientco and I've forgotten my cup so its decaf from the machine.Comment
