            Yep!

            Nope!

Still trying to get it reviewed here, contacted UK firms yesterday and am waiting for someone to get back to me to say they will review it.

Cloggy accountant reviewed it and said as this is a business to business contract and that I as an individual have an employment contract in place (you have to over here) with myco then that was sufficent and also myco should ensure it has pi.

So unless the uk lawyers say otherwise I will draft a reply saying I can sign the main contract but not the personal one.

Which will then cue the bullying tactics and telling me they will not go forward with the contract, this will then mean the "sole representation agreement" is null and void and I will contact the client direct.

                      Afternoon!

Going to fry some tempura squid and butterflied kings prawn pieces and serve them with ghee fried potatoes and a tomato salsa for dinner. I'm not hungry though, so may wait a few more hours.
