So I've really only got 2.5 hours to go

and I need to go and get a can of pop from the car - so that might waste 5 mins.

I managed to get out for a jog today - 4.5 miles in 38 minutes. 3 weeks ago it took 45 minutes and even last week it was 40 minutes!
