      I've got to tell an end client today that their User Acceptance testing which has taken them a month needs to be redone as they haven't installed the correct version (they've installed a preview release from months ago designed to resolve a usability issue rather than the final version).

      Keeping the glee out of my voice is going to be very difficult (their new PM is almost Suity like in his incompetence).

                      I'm fine and I've delivered the news to the PM's boss. To say he is unimpressed would be a slight understatement. I felt his rage from 300 miles away.

                      Rest of day is going to be boring tedium unless Agent rings in which case it will be tinged with joy as I announce I'm leaving this hole and moving 200 yards nearer home.
