Not when you don't include customisation in the quote so its licence fees and installation costs only. At least put something done for customisation as there is bound to be something that needs to be done.

With the talk on here recently about arguing with clients about doing things the right way, I though I'd pay more attention on this contract to how often I tell them they're wrong, and how often they listen.
