During the neverending COSHH crapola, I discovered on the interweb thingie that IPA (isopropanol) "may form peroxides during storage which may become explosive if subjected to heat or mechanical shock".

I have, with the aid of the ex-lustee, recreated the COSHH form from one wot I found on the interweb thingie.
So far today, I've managed to fill in the one for methylated spirits and the one for isopropanol.
This COSHH crap is going to take a while, I can see.Comment
