Morning all.
Mrs Gonzo thinks that the earth moved for her for the first time last night. How am I going to break the news to her?

Morning Gonzo
Was it a biggie? (Oooer Missus!)
We were fairly close to the one we had in the UK two years ago. That sounded like a train going through a tunnel under the house and shook us enough to wake us (and most of the village) up wondering what the hell it was."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment

It has caused a lot of devastation and a large number of buildings are wrecked. No-one died although there are two in hospital.Originally posted by DaveB View PostMorning Gonzo

I was in London for the one in the UK. The crockery in the kitchen made a small amount of noise rattling which woke me up, but I didn't know why until I saw the news later that day.
I didn't know anything about the one here today until I saw the news. Earthquakes are not an issue where I am living, it is a new volcano that could appear anywhere that I have to worry about.
