On my trudge home last evening I was approached by a chugger in Neath.
"Can I stop you for a moment" says he.
"No. I've had enough of muppets today" quoth I.
"I'm not a muppet" comes the stern repost.
Then I chopped his legs off.Comment

Afternoon!
I can't believe how many potential contracts I've got circling me, with no forecast of a collision in the near future.
I'm feeling like a small planet at the moment...

Today's epic struggle has been the programming of the PIC.
Wot you have to do:
- read a switch (preferably using a digital input);
- read two variable voltages (preferably using the analogue to digital converter wot's built in).
- light a led when the switch is pressed
- light another led when the voltage on analogue input 1 exceeds a given level
- light a third led when the voltage on analogue input 2 exceeds a given level
So far, after about 4 or 5 hours, we've managed to read the switch. Sort of. And light a (but not necessarily the correct) ledLast edited by zeitghost; 11 March 2010, 15:54.Comment
