One of our web services, upon encountering an error, ought to add am entry to the error log.
Instead, it generates an empty zip file and sends it to the client
Glad I don't have to fix that one...Comment

Email system generates a data and time stamp to log the error, notifiezs the client and compresses the output to save them time and storage space
