My Dad's in hospital again - something wrong with his oesophagus apparently
His gastroesophageal junction goes into spasm and he can't swallow anything; it happened again last night when he and my Mum were out for dinner at some restaurant. The doctor wanted to an endoscopy, but it wouldn't relax, so they kept him in.
However by this afternoon he'd recovered from it, and now he's shovelling the food down, making up for lost time
They'll do the endoscopy tomorrow, and then he'll probably be allowed homeComment
