you not getting a replacement hound? nothing like having a young pup about to brighten the day and focus attention.

we picked up a new puppy two days ago. daughter & wife were quite distraught by the death of our rabbit. so we got into replacement mode pretty fast.

                  Short or long legged?

Had a short legged Jackie a few years ago and she was a right little terror. Lovely dog but very independant minded ,and prone to buggering off given half a chance.

got to wait 3 weeks before her jabs are complete and can go out for walks. mind you she's petrified of the outside at the moment - won't be long though before she's digging up the garden.
