      We watched "Eagle Eye" last night. A bit predictable I thought.

        The surround sound was quite stunning though, one of the few movies we've watched at home that really projects a complete soundstage.

            My inner geek *really* wants to upgrade our Pioneer PDP-507XD plasma to a Pioneer KRP-500A, while they are still available and before Pioneer stop designing their own panels.

                My desktop PC is k-cuffed.

                Installing the driver for the USB WiFi adaptor had Donalded it.

                I cannot fix the device drivers in Safe Mode and it won't boot without crashing.

                For some mysterious reason, there are no restore points.

                I'm gonna have to restore it from a backup.

                So that's today written off.
                My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

                  The nearly-famous Spider Patrol just eliminated a monstrous alien octoped.

                  It was on the ceiling, over my desk.

                  It was, I have no doubt, the cause of my non-booting desktop PC.
