Assorted files have now been retrieved from my FTP server so I can get on with some w*rk - that must mean it's time to pop over the road to the cob shop for a bacon cob
One advantage of being at home is that I can start at around eleven, take a proper break every now and then, and still get a full day in by carrying on into the evening. On site, they close the building at half seven in the evening, which makes it harder to get most of the week crammed into four daysComment

then there's the cost of maintaining an old car doing serious mileage one quarter and then sitting unused the next. i budgeted a minimum of 2k a year just for standard maintenance. unexpected stuff some years would easily double that.
i was spending too much time tinkering with it when i had no time to spare. family and security took over so it had to go. nevermind. it was fun for a while.Comment
