I am very well thank you Brillo, Revved up and raring to go, Large bucket of Caffiene at my side.

Got to "help" a permie with a bit of logic this morning..... a bit of handholding really
ie That means that I will have to spend about an hour droping subtle "hints" and "sugestions" about the way to do something rather than just 1/2hour writing it myself....
then he will go off and "do it"..........
Then (probably tomorrow morning) he will ask me to "have a look"....

and I will put on my best "Professional" face and (patiently and calmly without resorting to shouting or sarcasm) spend another couple of hours explaining why his tulip really is utter tulip.....

This should keep me happily occupied for the rest of the week......

The only good permie is a dead permie.

Offer to get him a cup of coffee then put some poison in it.
