Evening denizens
Finally made it back
Still, only one more week up there - and I had a couple of reasonably interesting things to do today

It's an indication of how dull this gig has sometimes been that I regard knocking up something in PHP to screen-scrape a site for the URLs of scripts, images and CSS files as interestingOriginally posted by NickFitz View PostI had a couple of reasonably interesting things to do today

I even went through the HTML 4.01 spec identifying every attribute that takes a URL as a value, sorted out those that might be of interest, and then went through the list asking them which ones they actually were interested in
The ClientCo chap, who's very good but would have still been at school when I started doing this stuff, had never even heard of the "background" attribute of the <body> tag in HTML 3.2 (deprecated in 4.01)
