      Yep; they have budget until the end of the financial year (rather less of it now), but will probably be looking to extend when next year's budget is decided on.

      Agent assured me that rate negotiations would be commenced anew if they want to extend

      I've started a thread over in General (specifically) to brighten up people's weekends
