A told a friend of mine about the laptop debarcle yesterday, and that I needed to call the supplier in question. He then reminded me of a very public phone conversation I had with Scan once, and that he wouldn't fancy being on the other end of the phone when I call them.

I never had a good experience with Scan. Gave up on them.

It wasn't so much a strop as a clinical dismantling of their arguments, albeit at a rasied volume. On speakerphone.

They seem to be much better these days.

I constructed a 3 page clinical dismantling of Warwick District Council's arguments today after I had got off the phone and calmed down.

It is in the post recorded delivery as we speak.

My friends past experience with WDC suggests it wont actually help though. They are like a mini communist party.
