MrsF now looks at some things and says "there's only 1 point in this..." But, we haven't got any idea how to measure points, or what we should be on, or anything like that.
My sister and her husband are on it, and have lost weight. MrsF wants to lose weight. Therefore, by eating lots of things and saying "I wonder how many points are in this..." that will do it, apparently.Comment
