It would appear my laptop is finally winging it's way back to me after it's latest "priority" (4 week) repair. And I have an assurance from the technical director of the vendor concerned that the keyboard does now fit properly.

Try this - that'll tell you your public facing IP address i.e. the one that CUK sees.

You sure the email was from Admin?
