When I've got my super new LED indicator connected to the + & - 15V outputs, the additional 10k load is enough to stop the switchmode psu connected to the 78L05 from starting properly coz it now requires more than 100mA.
So the 78L05 sits there getting very flustered & hot.
Which I proved by burning my thumb on it...
I suspect a redesign using mosfets will "cure" this startup problem... (mostly because I can then use 1M resistors instead of 10k ones.
