Don't you roast the spuds in with the meat?

10 minute boil, then strain and shake them roughly in the pan to scuff them up. Then 30-40 minutes in the oven.

And when you put them in the oven, that's the time to blanch the parsnips for 3 minutes as well, if you are roasting parsnips.

No - it needs to be a PM or TPD.

You get told off (and unfairly banned for no good reason) if you flirt with CM in other threads. Or maybe it's just doing it in EVERY other thread. Or maybe it was just me.
