I thought they traditionally had supernumerary shepherds rather than kings?
Although of course, the Gospels themselves make no mention of three kings - just some wise men from the East in Matthew 2:1.
I too thought they were "wise men" rather than kings, but it would appear the story has moved on from my day. Regardless, they all looked very sweet in their costumes, and sang well.
