Gods I'm knackered.
Couldn't think of anywhere more suitable to put this so...
This morning I completed my first ever Triathlon. Only a baby one.
400m swim, 20k cycle, 5k run.
Total time 1:21:36. Start Pos. 78. Finish Pos. 63.
Pleased because :
A) I finished to begin with, having missed the last 6 weeks of training for various reasons.
B) I was 9 mins or so inside my target time.
C) I didn't come last!
Off for a long hot bath in the hopes it will stop me being crippled tomorrow morning."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
