I had issues with Scottish Power. I had high usage Q2 - so they upped my direct debit. So I overpayed hugely. I asked them to reduce/stop my payments - they say they only reset once per year!

I have told them to give me th overpayment - or I will cancel the direct debit/go to uswitch and move on.....

They moved the mats round! We used to be in a circle - now facing one way!!

For a lad resistant to change(isn't working in IT enough?) its a shock!

I got fed up for being on those "budget" schemes with the electric and gas - we were always in credit with them. I just told them to bill us for what we use and we'll pay the exact amount by direct debit - much easier!
