Well 2nd interview with DB on Wednesday, and chap I spoke to on Friday said he would speak to the pimp on Monday, so I will know if I am still in with a chance for the Derby Job. Also, CV is in with a Client for a compliance system analyst, they have promised to get back to the pimp next week.

Think the roles at Jag/Landrover are down the pan, Roles were stilll advertised last week but they were asking automotive experiance now - maybe due to all the people bein made redundant there

Sounds like you've got plenty of stuff in the pipeline - hopefully something will come off for you. I think most (all?) of the JLR redundancies are on the plant floor, so I'm not sure why they would suddenly be asking for automotive experience (they haven't in the past!).

Just caught up with the chap upstairs - it turns out that the manager chappy has given him the new keys for front and back doors, as expected, but that I've been given two front door keys

Quite possibly

He hasn't actually fitted the front door lock yet (to avoid locking upstairs chap out - he was working down south last week) so sadly there's still a chance to get it sorted out without too much confusion
